Meet the visionaries who lead.

Shashank Samant brings more than 35 years of technology expertise to Tenarai. As the former President and CEO of GlobalLogic, he transformed a niche engineering firm into a global powerhouse, culminating in one of the largest IT services acquisitions in history. Until recently, he served as the Executive Chairman of Hitachi Americas. He currently holds several board and advisory positions including Hitachi Energy, Eureka Forbes, Cyderes, Turing, and software boards at Mercedes-Benz and Hilti. Shashank is also on the governance council of UC Irvine’s Center for Digital Transformation.

He has been at the forefront of major industry shifts, from digital engineering to AI, and understands how to translate those shifts into real enterprise value. As we accelerate our business and outcomes for our enterprise customers, his perspective and experience will be invaluable.

Dinesh has extensive cross-functional leadership experience driving transformative initiatives and stellar growth for digital services companies. His background spans leadership in product engineering, services management, technology innovation, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, sales and marketing, global client management, and operations.

Dinesh played a key role at Concentrix Catalyst, where, as President, he significantly advanced their digital business and continued the impressive growth trajectory he established as CEO of PK, leading to its acquisition by Concentrix.

Dinesh led the strategic acceleration of PK’s experience engineering offerings with a laser-focus on problem-solving and an entrepreneurial approach. Prior to PK, he was President at Mphasis, where he grew his business unit from $300M to $1B.

Dinesh is a champion of talent development and diversity and inclusion, focusing on engagement with colleagues, and communities alike.

Rohan joined Apax in 2007 and is based in our London office. He has led and participated in key deals including Infogain (now Tenarai), Coalfire Systems, Fractal Analytics, ThoughtWorks, Grupo Engineering, EVRY, GlobalLogic, iGATE, Tivit S.A., NXP, and Orange Switzerland. He is a Partner in the Tech team.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Prior to joining Apax Partners, Rohan worked at Bain Capital in New York, where he focused on the Industrial, Distribution, and Retail sectors. Before that, Rohan was a consultant at McKinsey & Company in Asia.

Harjot joined Apax Partners in 2018 and is currently based in Mumbai, India. Harjot has participated in key deals including Infogain (now Tenarai), Azentio, and Fractal Analytics.

She is a Principal in the Tech team.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.

Prior to joining Apax, she was a Vice President at Warburg Pincus, focusing on investment opportunities in the TMT and business services sectors. Before pursuing her MBA, Harjot was a part of the investment team at TA Associates and the investment banking practice at Rothschild India.

Krishnakumar Natarajan co-founded Mindtree in 1999 and has played key roles in building its innovative approach to delivering IT services and solutions to Global 2000 enterprises. As Executive Chairman he led it to $1B in revenue with market cap of over $2.5B. His key skill is to help enterprises navigate digital transformation, enhance customer experiences, and deliver Industry leading growth.

A 40-year IT industry veteran, Krishnakumar served as Chairman of the National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM), where he worked to strengthen the Indian IT industry to build a globally competitive ecosystem. He now serves as the Chairman of NASSCOM Foundation.

Krishnakumar has a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the College of Engineering, Chennai, India, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Xavier Institute, Jamshedpur, India. He and his wife, Akila, help high-potential rural girls attain professional qualifications and help senior citizens age gracefully through the efforts of Mela, their personal foundation.

Sunil is a visionary and inspirational leader who helps people dream big and unlock their full potential.

Over the past decade, Sunil led the turnaround of Bluestar Infotech and subsequent merger with Infogain (now Tenarai), leading Infogain’s transformation to realize explosive growth in revenues and profits and subsequently gain recognition as a “major contender” among the Global Top 50 engineering services firms in Everest Group’s Digital Interactive PEAK Matrix 2020.

Sunil has worked in the United States and across Asia in senior leadership positions at IBM, Accenture, and Tech Mahindra, leading large portfolios and transformation projects as a management consultant.

Sunil holds an MBA in Finance and has completed executive programs at Wharton and INSEAD. He is a charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), a global nonprofit in Silicon Valley dedicated to fostering entrepreneurs through incubation, mentorship, networking, and funding.

He is an avid reader, an acknowledged golf hacker, and a frequent speaker on new-age technologies and helping companies build platform businesses.

Anirudh joined Apax in 2022 as a Principal on the Tech team and is based in Mumbai. Since joining, Anirudh has played a key role in significant deals, including IBS Software, Infogain (now Tenarai), and Fractal.

He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi. Previously, he was a Vice President at Bain Capital Private Equity, focusing on technology, healthcare, and financial services investments.

He has also worked with TA Associates and McKinsey & Company, advising clients in private equity, technology, and various other sectors.

Anita Lynch has over 25 years of experience with high-profile brands including Disney, Yahoo, Apple, Amazon, and Bain. More recently, she served as the Chief Data Officer at New Relic and is among the first African American women to serve in this role in the C-suite of a public company.

She currently serves as an Independent Director at Altimeter Growth, and as strategic advisor to founders, angels, and venture capital investors in data and AI strategy. A trailblazer and leader, Ms. Lynch received the Culture Shift Award for Technology, Innovation and Social Impact by Culture Shift Labs in Silicon Valley in 2022 and was recognized as one of the “Top 100 Most Influential Women in Business” by the San Francisco Business Times in 2020.

Ms. Lynch has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
