Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing requirements by engaging with primary stakeholders to determine specific feature expectations and resolve any ambiguities in the requirements.

  • Understanding technical issues and their business implications, and effectively communicating them to other stakeholders within the organization.

  • Writing unit test cases and modifying existing ones to improve code coverage.

  • Maintaining software versioning using code repository tools.

  • Contributing, enhancing and optimizing codes to support Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment and Continuous Delivery.

  • Tracking and monitoring the entire project life cycle.

  • Documenting low-level and high-level designs, the implementation plan, and the technical specifications for the application.

  • Communicating project information to stakeholders through presentations and organizational tools.

  • Participating in sprint planning meetings, task grooming, estimation, and capacity planning meetings.

  • Creating project schedules and tracking team activities according to agile methodology.

  • Participating in retrospective meetings and creating team performance metrics after each release.

  • Developing simulators to mock third party applications during the development phase.

  • Performing ongoing software maintenance operations.

  • Providing technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems.

  • Researching, testing, or verifying proper functioning of software patches and fixes.

  • Evaluating critical code fixes to determine ship readiness and ensure that each release is delivered on time and of high quality.

  • Support production deployment and providing warranty support.

  • Analyzing existing applications when adding new features and recommending upgrades to improve performance baselines and support new features.

Job Requirements:

Required Master’s or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering (Any), or any related field + 1 year of experience in the job offered, Quality Assurance Engineer, Developer, Systems Engineer or related. Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US.

Job Duration:

40 Hours / Week, Permanent position, Full time


Offered Wage:

 $226,138.00/Year to $235,000.00/Year
