Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and translate business requirements into scalable, secure software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Azure cloud technologies.
  • Design system architecture, data models, and integration frameworks; prepare technical documentation including design diagrams, deployment models, and dependency mappings.
  • Develop, test, and deploy enterprise applications and microservices; implement CI/CD automation and unit testing.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions, refine requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage full software development lifecycle (SDLC) - including coding, peer reviews, UAT coordination, deployment, and post-release support.
  • Optimize system performance, data integrity, and security; troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior developers, promote coding standards, and support Agile execution through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

Job location 

5550 Granite Pkwy., Suite 100, Plano, TX 75024 and other unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. No travel and/or telecommuting.

  • This position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Engineering (any branch), Information Technology, Systems/Technology Management or Computer/Management Information Systems plus five (5) years of experience as Software Engineer, Software Developer, Systems/Application Analyst, Technical Lead or related position. Foreign education equivalent accepted.

Offered Wage:

$156,998 per year + Benefits (life, medical, vision & dental ins., sick leave, 401K, etc.).
