Roles & Responsibilities
This position is for an Agentic Design Lead (ADL) for which the right candidate will be responsible for shaping how agentic systems are designed, evaluated, and adopted across Frontier Labs initiatives.
This role expects that candidate to have strong intuition, structured thinking and make trade-offs in the real world environment.
The Agentic Design Lead must have depth of knowledge in agentic system design and breadth across disciplines.
The candidate should translate abstract agentic concepts into clear, implementable system & interaction designs and help teams understand where agentic approaches are appropriate.
The Agentic Design Lead must demonstrate ability to drive Service Design Blueprints and shape agentic or semi-autonomous systems in real-world environments., articulate complex system behavior for all stakeholders, and be comfortable in operating within ambiguous, fast-moving environments where requirements are ever-evolving.

The candidate is expected to have 5-10 years of experience in workflow/process design, product/UX or solution design. The ideal candidate would have delivered 8-15 process redesigns, automations or AI/agentic implementation with measurable impact. Someone able to prototype and co-build with engineering teams will be a natural for this role. Start-up or fast-paced exposure is a strong plus.
