Roles & Responsibilities

This position is for Test Engineer.

Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using scalable architectures and design patterns such as Page Object Model (POM), synchronization strategies, and reusable component structures.

Analyze business and functional requirements to design QA processes, establish test specifications, and define acceptance criteria ensuring comprehensive requirements traceability.

Lead the implementation of enterprise-level automation strategies utilizing tools such as Karate, Cucumber, Selenium, and methodologies including Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)

Perform feasibility studies, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and automation assessments to determine application suitability and optimize testing coverage and performance.

Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and automated scripts; manage test execution and defect tracking through tools such as JIRA and ALM.

Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures to perform data validation, verification, and backend testing during system integration and regression testing.

Conduct test result analysis and reporting to validate system functionality, identify root causes of defects, and recommend corrective actions for quality improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and offshore QA engineers to ensure consistent test automation practices and adherence to coding standards.

Job location 

5550 Granite Parkway, Suite 100, Plano, TX 75024. Must be willing to relocate to unanticipated locations across the country. No travel and/or telecommuting.

This position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), Information Technology/Systems, Computer Applications/Applied Computer Science, or Computer/ Management Information Systems plus five (5) years of experience as Quality Assurance Engineer/Analyst, Systems Architect/Engineer, Solution Architect, Software Developer/Engineer, Computer Systems Analyst or related position. Foreign educational equivalent accepted.

Offered Wage:
