Lead end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of AI-driven personalization and operational optimization platforms, defining technical product roadmaps, system architecture requirements, and integration across booking, crew management, and ancillary revenue systems.
Translate complex business and operational requirements into detailed technical specifications, including user stories, API requirements, data models, system workflows, and performance metrics for AI/ML-enabled solutions.
Partner with engineering and data science teams to oversee machine learning model development, including algorithm selection, feature prioritization, model evaluation metrics (e.g., precision, recall, latency), deployment architecture, and production monitoring.
Design and manage enterprise data strategies, including large-scale data ingestion, transformation, validation, governance, and integration with big data platforms to ensure high-quality inputs for predictive and optimization models.
Direct cross-functional execution of technical projects from conception through deployment, coordinating engineering, UX, analytics, and business stakeholders; leading UAT, go-live planning, release management, and post-launch KPI monitoring.
Implement AI governance and performance monitoring frameworks, including A/B experimentation, model drift detection, human-in-the-loop controls, bias mitigation safeguards, and real-time dashboards measuring ROI, operational efficiency, and system reliability.

This position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), Information Systems/Technology, Computer Applications/Applied Computer Science, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering plus five (5) years of experience as Systems Architect/Engineer, Software Developer/Engineer, Computer Systems Analyst or related position. Foreign educational equivalent accepted.
