Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advisory guidance to company leadership and senior management, delivering advanced, data-driven strategies to optimize business models, enhance operational efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation in alignment with U.S. market priorities.

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of client business and IT environments, assessing organizational structures, workflows, and technology systems to identify performance gaps and develop specialized, actionable solutions.

  • Lead the design and execution of multimillion-dollar enterprise programs, including process modernization, regulatory compliance frameworks, and advanced technology integrations, coordinating cross-functional teams across the U.S., India, EU, and Latin America.

  • Oversee financial performance and investment strategy, managing P&L accountability, applying advanced cost-benefit modeling, and advising on high-impact investments such as AI adoption, cloud migration, and automation initiatives.

  • Research and apply emerging industry trends to develop innovative solutions that address complex operational challenges and enhance U.S. industry competitiveness in high-tech, travel, and related sectors.

  • Evaluate program outcomes and governance frameworks, preparing detailed performance reports and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to sustain operational gains.

  • Mentor and train U.S. based teams, promoting innovation, knowledge transfer, and high-performance delivery models that strengthen domestic talent pipelines. 

Job location 

5550 Granite Pkwy., Suite 100, Plano, TX 75024 and other unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. No travel and/or telecommuting. 

This position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Engineering (any branch), Information Technology, Systems/Technology Management or Computer/Management Information Systems plus five (5) years of experience as Software/Salesforce Engineer, Software/Salesforce Developer, Systems/Application Analyst, Technical Lead or related position. Foreign education equivalent accepted.

Offered Wage:

$136,365 per year + Benefits (life, medical, vision & dental ins., sick leave, 401K, etc.)
