This position is for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) for our Frontier Labs who builds and delivers production-grade, AI-powered systems directly with our customers
The Forward Deployed Engineer builds and delivers production-grade, AI-powered systems directly with customers. This is a builder role: you will write, ship, and operate code in real customer environments. The FDE bridges product intent, engineering execution, and real-world deployment - owning solutions end-to-end. From discovery through production, the FDE ensures Agentic AI systems deliver measurable customer and business impact.
This builder role requires an individual to write, ship & operate code in real customer environments and bridge product intent, engineering execution & look into real-world deployment.
The FDE must ensure agentic AI systems deliver measurable customer and business impact, translate ambiguous customer requirements into shippable architectures with clear trade-offs
The role involves moving solutions from PoC to PoV stage with measurable adoption, while leading delivery from discovery to architecture through rollout, iteration management and operational readiness.
This role will feature collaboration with AI Engineers and platform teams to research architecture with long-term direction, and balancing experimentation velocity with enterprise-grade reliability.
The individual must build trust through transparency, delivery rigor and measurable outcomes without compromising on quality.

This position requires 7+ years of software engineering experience, architecture or technical delivery experience, with a good record of shipping production systems, customer-embedded delivery, discovery-to-deployment in enterprise environments.
